The first of two cruise ships visiting Port Angeles this spring will arrive on Friday, May 9th. The cruise vessel MV Oosterdam will call at Terminal 1 arriving at 12 PM and departing at 11 PM.
Cargo operations at Terminal 3 will be suspended for the interim period the MV Oosterdam is at berth. During the vessels’ stay the Port will be implementing security procedures that will restrict access to Terminals 1 and 3. Port Security Staff will be conducting security screening operations for all passengers, visitors and marine terminal tenants entering the secure/restricted areas at Terminal 1.
Vehicle and equipment access to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 will be restricted and entry onto the pier aprons will be limited to vehicles and equipment deemed essential by Port Security Staff.
The MV Statendam, the second and final cruise vessel call in 2014 cruise season, will arrive on the May 17, 2014. The MV Statendam will arrive at 2 PM on Saturday and depart at 11 PM that evening.
