The Port Angeles Yacht Club is hosting an Open House that will provide information to the public on how to safely enjoy the wonderful water that is at our door front. Stop by the Yacht Club between 2:00 and 5:00 PM on Sunday May 4th to find out about the different ways to access the water for recreation and fun. There will be representatives from the Port of Port Angeles, Port Angeles High School Sailing Club, Olympic Peninsula Paddlers, Olympic Peninsula Rowing Association, Feiro Marine Life Center, North Olympic Salmon Coalition, North Olympic Sail and Power Squadron, United States Coast Guard, United States Customs and Border Protection, and the Port Angeles Yacht Club available to provide information and demonstrate equipment related to on-water activities. Information on the Boat Haven Marina and Boat Yard services will also be available.
