During these times, Port staff continues to focus on serving the public, tenants, and customers as well as protecting the health of the community members and Port employees. The Port is committed to keeping its stakeholders informed and engaged as we continue to navigate this unprecedented time and continue in our efforts to closely monitor and effectively respond to COVID-19. I want to share with you the steps we’re taking to help protect the health of our tenants, customers, employees, and community members.
We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local public health agencies, we’ve established a response team to focus on defining necessary steps and to continue to monitor the situation and implement additional changes as needed.
Administrative Office
In order to safeguard against the spread of the COVID-19 virus, effective Thursday, March 26th, the Port Administrative Office will be fully closed in accordance with the business closure proclamation issued by the Governor. The office will reopen as soon as it’s lawful and practical to do so.

Marinas
The John Wayne Marina and Port Angeles Boat Haven restrooms and laundry facilities will remain open for marina tenants only. Fuel operations at both marinas will be limited. For additional questions or information, please contact the Marina offices. The harbormaster offices at both marinas are currently open with limited access and could close as the situation changes.

· Boat Launch - For individuals needing a launch permit, please contact one of the marina offices.
The Marine Terminal will remain operational unless otherwise instructed by the U.S. Coast Guard. Access to the marine terminal will be limited. For inquiries or questions about the Marine Terminal please call (360) 457-8812.
The William R. Fairchild International Airport is still operational. Inquiries or questions about services can be made to the Airport Manager Dan Gase at (360) 417-3376 or DanG@portofpa.com.
At this time all real estate property showings will be unavailable. For inquiries or any tenant questions, please contact the Real Estate Administrator Susan Scott at (360) 417-3435 or SusanS@portofpa.com.
The Log Yard will remain operational until April 3rd. An assessment of the need to continue operating the log yard will be made at that time. Reduced operations and additional operational procedures have been put into place to protect the Port’s operators and customers. All of us here at the Port feel deeply for those who have been impacted by this outbreak. We value our business partners and plan to take all necessary steps to ensure our office is a safe place for everyone. Again, the health and safety of our employees, tenants, customers and our communities are a top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep everyone safe.
