The Port of Port Angeles is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms with substantial expertise and experience related to airport runway design and construction.
Required services include pavement design, civil, geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineering as well as land surveying, NEPA, and FAA and WSDOT grant compliance. All project phases from concept to final closeout shall be included. The selected consultant is expected to provide all necessary services from conceptual design through final construction grant closeout. Any required services outside of the consultant’s expertise may be provided via subconsultants(s), with prior approval by the Port. The consultant services may be performed under multiple FAA and WSDOT grants.
