John Wayne Marina
Whether sailing to the nearby San Juan Islands, birding off the shores of Protection Island or crabbing in Sequim Bay, John Wayne Marina is a convenient and easy place to launch a boat.
John Wayne Marina boasts a two-lane ramp in a protected area of the boat basin at Pitship Point in Sequim Bay, approximately 18 miles east of Port Angeles. A large parking area adjacent to the boat ramp offers parking for vehicles pulling boat trailers. The Port of Port Angeles charges a nominal fee to use Port-owned boat launches.

Port Angeles Boat Haven
The waters off Port Angeles offer an array of boating opportunities, all starting at the convenient Port Angeles Boat Haven. With abundant fishing beyond Ediz Hook, great sailing waters in the harbor, and Victoria, British Columbia, right across the Strait – the Boat Haven is a great place to launch boats.
The Boat Haven has two launches – a one-lane and a two-lane ramp. The single-lane inner boat launch is restricted during the summer due to parking conflicts with Boat Haven tenants and adjacent businesses. Parking space for vehicles pulling boat trailers is limited at the Boat Haven, however, parking on Marine Drive along the water’s edge is ample.
