Southwest Airport Industrial Park

Airport Industrial Park

(Aerial of General Property)

In March of 2003, the Port embarked on a new project to continue its strategic economic development with the Edgewood Industrial Park.

In the mid-1990’s, Port of Port Angeles recognized the need for additional larger tracts of industrial land near the William R. Fairchild International Airport 1996 the Port completed an industrial development plan for available sites on the west and south sides of the airport – the result was a well- planned complex of 113 acres featuring both light and heavy industrial sites.

The Southwest Industrial Park, as it is known, demonstrates an orderly approach to development by providing ample room for roads and utilities, while maintaining flexibility in accommodating the space needs of tenants. The creation of a high quality, coordinated image is allowed for in the master development plan to help attract new users to the industrial area.

To promote diversity, a variety of parcel sizes are available. It is anticipated this will meet the needs of many divergent types and sizes of businesses.
