Commercial Property
Port of Port Angeles owns and manages a number of prime commercial and industrial properties within Clallam County. With a strong vision toward economic development and an eye toward a successful future for Clallam County, the Port has spearheaded several property development projects worth highlighting:
- In 2003, the Port secured an agreement with Westport Shipyard, a company who now builds its flagship product – the 164-foot tri-deck cruising yacht – in Port Angeles.
- The Port of Port Angeles developed a 110-acre industrial park strategically located next to William R. Fairchild International Airport. The park’s facilities include ample space for both manufacturing and plush offices, located conveniently next to the airport.
Port of Port Angeles industrial and commercial properties are available for lease throughout Clallam County in a variety of locations – providing interested organizations an assortment of solid, cost-effective business choices.
The Composite Manufacturing Campus
The Composites Manufacturing Campus at the Port’s Airport Industrial Park consists of 123-acres; 14 acres of existing composite manufacturers and 6.5 acres of new expansion. The expansion will consist of pads for three large composites facilities, dedicated to both hot and cold manufacturing processes. Shovel-ready, build-to-suit opportunities are available. This expansion continues the Port’s long track record of supporting aerospace composites company tenants, yacht builders and alternative energy firms by creating more space in which they can grow. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing collaboration.
