In March of 2003, the Port embarked on a new project to continue its strategic economic development with the Edgewood Industrial Park.
Located adjacent to William R. Fairchild International Airport, the site has many advantages. As with any new development still in the planning stages, tenants have the opportunity to give input regarding their needs.
Transportation Access
Air: SEATAC International Airport – 35 minutes, Portland International Airport – 1 hour, Victoria International Airport – 30 minutes
Road: 15 minutes from downtown Port Angeles: Lincoln Avenue north to 8th Street, west on 8th to “C” Street, south on “C” Street to Lauridsen, west on Lauridsen to the William R. Fairchild Airport entrance.
Zoning
Clallam County heavy zoned “L1”, light industrial, this site is conveniently located within the Port Angeles city limits.
