Air: SEATAC International Airport – 35 minutes, Portland International Airport – 1 hour, Victoria International Airport – 30 minutes
Road: Located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Port Angeles: Lincoln Avenue north to 8th Street, west on 8th to “C” Street, south on “C” Street to Lauridsen, west on Lauridsen to Airport Road.  The nearest highway is State Highway 101, with the nearest Interstate I-5, which accesses Tacoma and Seattle.

Zoning

Clallam County heavy zoned “L1”, light industrial, this site is conveniently located within the Port Angeles city limits.
