What is Port of Port Angeles?

Who runs Port of Port Angeles?
Almost all powers of a port district are vested in a board of commissioners, or "commission." Port of Port Angeles has three commissioners. In Clallam County, Port Commissioners are elected from three separate commissioner districts - east, central and west. If more than two persons file for election to the same position their names will appear on the ballot in the primary election held in odd-numbered years. The two persons who get the most votes in the primary will then compete in the general election that same year.
